Seeds of Hope, LLC continues to touch the lives of individuals with special needs who are the hope of tomorrow.  By planting seeds of hope, nurturing them with love, weeding out the negative influences and providing strong supportive services, they will be fruitful for generations to come!

The photo above is from one of many events sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation. The "Night to Shine Prom" is held in February of each year at hundreds of churches from around the world.  This special night honors people with special needs who are 14 and older. 

As part of Seeds of Hope, LLC's person-centered care, individuals who live in our residential homes that choose to attend the prom are excorted by the staff every year!  This is by far, one of the most anticipated and unforgettable events.

Our program specializes in vulnerable, at risk intellectually and developmentally disabled individuals who often lack the ability to meet their basic needs.  We are currently providing services under the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities in Region 3 and Region 5.

Key Offerings
Activities with the Individuals who Live in our Residential Homes
The Seeds of Hope staff loves to take part in weekly activities with the individuals who live in our residential homes and participate in our programs.  The Vineyard in Jesup, sponsors a special event every season which includes special custom decorations hand made by the individuals who live in the area.  

Throughout the year, the staff and the individuals who reside at each home in Jesup and in the Atlanta areas enjoy weekly indoor and outdoor activities, outings, and adventures to exciting places.

Wayne County Homecoming Parade

Many of the individuals who participate in the Day Program at the The Vineyard in Jesup were escorted by the staff to the Wayne County Homecoming Parade in October 2019.  They had fun watching the game.

Wildwood Stables -Jesup, GA

In August, the individuals visited Wildwood Stables where they learned how to care for ponies an horses.

The staff of Hiddenbrook escorted the  men of Hiddenbrook to the Georgia Aquarium.  They had a wonderful day looking at all the aquatic life.

Special Citizens Annual Christmas Party

This spectacular annual event is held at the Omni Hotel in Downtown Atlanta, GA.    This is one event that the individuals who live in the Atlanta area look forward to attending every year.
There was a special Thanksgiving Dinner held for everyone at The Vineyard in Jesup.

"A Night to Shine Prom"

This year was the first time that Dara from the Bethlehem attended the Prom.  She certainly looks beautiful in her purple gown with matching makeup!!!
The guys of Fannie Head enjoyed a special limo ride, photo opportunities, and their very own designated buddy for the night.   How exciting!
Oh my goodness, these guys from Community Circle certainly turned heads at the Prom!  They were decked out from head to toe!  They also enjoyed photo opportunities and had a party bus with music and video games!!!
Here is Jimmy from Community Circle with his very own designated buddy for the night.   Looks like he is sporting a King's Crown and looking very proud!
